Round table Ideas

He said 'what' not 'where' but that's OK, Russ.
Aaarghah!

I envision a roundtable with designated time slots for a few key topics with a speaker/host for each segment and then an 'open' session for a few minutes before lunch and before the end for new guys to ask general questions.
I liked the (somewhat) interactive format in Prattville and think that needs to be continued as long as the session moderator has the ability to keep the session on time and on track.

That sounds good to me. Some of the guys in that area have not started up full on yet so it might be a good time for them. I don't mind going then.

Will you be there Ron?

We can crank up some type of Texas deal. There are some newbies out here with less than a year experience and Residential is needed first.

Roofs, House Wash, Deck Restoration, Marketing, etc.

Proper methods, chems, equipment.

There are a lot of bad looking properties and they need help.

Chris is in Corpus, One Scott is South of Houston, I'm North of houston. and there are others spread around the area. Houston is 4MM + and there is work for everyone.

Half the roofs in the area look sucky... One or two of us can't afford to teach the masses that their roof needs cleaning. We need some joint marketing, maybe even doing jobs together to knock out as many as possible and get the word flowing about what we do.

The houses are looking bad too... The hacks are blasting away with little regard for the property and refuse to embrace any type of new methods on technology etc.

We could start by doing a web based one (I just listened in on the Vent hood one for a while) to get flowing.

1 st meeting get to know each other -- discuss a couple of topics
2 nd meeting another topic or two etc etc.

Contractors could chime in from anywhere in the world --if they wanted to

Any thoughts -- I need to stop typeing for a bit...
