The virtual telephone conference call is a great tool... I really appreciated your advice and time, gave me some good info to put into practice.

My fiance is a visual manager with Ann Taylor (Women's Clothing?!) and they use this conference call technology to have Region and Group wide calls on store updates, targets and general business... she thinks it works well!
