Just for the grease police,

Some here want commercial business; others ask how do you get the right people on the phone.

Often they call us; we send them photos of their store being power wash twice a week.

I will not disclose the location of this star bucks but let’s just say it’s not in Phoenix metro area.

Many guys say people in this industry don’t do the job right. I want to say I’m not here to expose this hack. I’m simply displaying what I can do and show them with time photos.
You see after the first meeting we got permission to Show the management over a period of time what the demo will look like.

So you guys understand they are currently being service twice weekly, the demo was taken last week. The service has already been done twice.

I will try to post the time demos each week as they come in.

This should be fun to see how this turns out??????

Ron do you show/email these photos to the store manager or district manager, or the corporate office? I've seen this type of work alot.

Hey Ron . We have a bunch of Starbuck's.. Heck I stop in almost every town in Mississippi.. I think they do a great Job at serving very good Latte's... How does Starbucks run their business... Are they Franchise stores , or is it like corp.owned.. Just wonderering... I bet those drive thru's get really nasty..

I like the Mocha Frappuccino Blended Coffee in the afternoons (ice cream headhache)

we just did a demo for the district manager and she has set us up with a regional manager for next week to sign a service agreement , she was blown away when she saw the damaged concrete the Ron and I found ! Thanks Ron

What I would like to know is how they managed to sell a bi-weekly service? I can't imagine a sales call where the manger/owner would have went for this.

In phx, they are service twice a week. This is not a starbucks phoenix location.

Well what I am getting at is I am going to talk to Starbucks in Mississippi ,, Jackson for starters... Just to see whats up with the concrete cleaning ... Of course with gas at 3.15 a gal and 3.52 a gal for diesel .. So I am really going to have to charge at least my minimum to make a profit..

Starbucks dont much care for our Marines. I wouldnt drink thier crappy excuse for coffee if they paid me, nor would I service any of their locations.

What would you guys say is a fair price for these starbucks? Initial (if bad) 800 then 200 every week? Just wondering, thanks!

Try closer to $100 a pop, and initial would depend, but I would not hold my breath for a ton. I could do a starbucks in about an hour, if it was biweekly service. Even if there is a fairly long drive thru.

Please stop misleading the newer pressure washers. Everybody knows that what you can do with a wand in an hour, it would take a mortal man 2 hours to do with a surface cleaner.
