Thats what gets the call to come in , look its like this so what if I get a house wash and have to do the driveway for free , it takes what 20 min to do a regular drive ?

Also, when ou gt that customer that says you said free, not smething fre with a washing or whatever how do you react?

Thats what makes my contract beautiful , you agree to the terms and conditions and everyone is happy

ie.... service contract states that if you break the contract before the end of one calender year you owe me for the building wash at 10 cents per square foot plus a cancelation fee
