I would start with a legal authority. I don't know any company owner smart enough to represent themsleves in to many legal situations. We use an organization called Pre paid Legal. This is a start. Hope this helps. Thank You.

Im taking business law 101 next semester i can't wait. . . finishing up my last semester of my frosh year man im glad too . . . Got all my gen eds out of the way now its on to straight biz classes !!!!! thats what i love! hopefully be able to post some good info on here this fall!!

Business law is a great class. I took it back in 2000. The local judge taught the class. It was my favorite, besides advertising.
