Scrappy closed two commercial accounts today!!!

Went to get my surface cleaner today in louisville and on the way back stopped at a Rally's and ate noticed the place was dirty spoke to the manager .. . . twenty min. later the contract was signed and we start next Monday on a 30 day deal!! figured my luck was good so i went into a best western (the concrete is pretty much spotless) figured heck I'll give it a try sure enough got them to go through too i was pretty pumped thats an extra $320 a month for lets see maybe 3 hours of work!!!! I've been trying to push my self to sell more on the spot and to get more commercial accounts . . . looks like my hard work is finally starting to pay off . . . Oh and the GM at the Rally's said he would pass my card along to the DM to see if i could do all the Rally's in louisville . . . I'm finally starting to see money signs !!!!!

Good work in closing so quickly... What's your secret, or is just charm?!?! Seriously though, I hope it does roll out more business for you.

I wish I could close that quickly... I've got 7 bids (small to large) in with commercial just now, want to close soon without coming across as pushy.

Things are pretty slow in Florida right now.

I was Lucky today too, closed 4 deals today and two are for sweeping too, somedays things just go the right way.

I closed three centers today. been working them since october.
