Heres some nasty sidewalks we did. We are doing a daily rate, theres a couple miles at least of sidewalk. These pics were for the HOA to decide if they wanted the sidewalks cleaned throughout the area. We sold them on it. At 1st they just wanted us to clean the dirty sidewalks
They were all dirty and with this one day cleaning we convinced them that all the sidewalks needed cleaning and they were thrilled with the results. There was a lot of stone in this type of sidewalk, they cleaned up pretty easy, you can see how dirty these were
I'm real pleased at the contract and I know they will have us do other projects. They used to have guys out with wands doing this stuff and they did have another contractor doing some of the work for one day they said and they asked him to leave the property because he was getting nothing done. I get a lot of work from guys that dont know what they are doing
