A before and after Photo

I got a new account last weekend and here is a before and after of the sidewalks there, I only used hot water too clean it. They were very pleased with the way it turned out and they had it cleaned two weeks ago by somebody lol I don't know what he cleaned it with but it sure does not look clean to me :D There was gum everywhere the whole length of the sidewalks, man it took forever to get all that gum up and yes the white spots on the blacktop is gum too.

I used to party a lot in Reno when I was younger. I lived in Quincy, CA off the 70 about 1hr from Reno.
 
Well its no wonder you've been picking up contracts left and right lately!! That looks great! Good job
 
Thanks Guys, how do you water mark them ? and when I took the before pics it was two weeks before I cleaned and did not remember what part of the sidewalks I had taken pics of, but if you look close you can see I'm one door off, but it all looks like this nice and clean. Yea I have been getting a lot of work that looks like this and I got the sweeping for this lot too and she gave me one other big shopping center to wash and sweep :D

OH and I know Quincy very well, I have a Gold Claim down in that area and I do a lot of Dirt Biking down there too.
 
I used fly fish and go sluicing on the middle fork of the Feather River when we werent on fires. Great place up there.
 
Yea it took me about three hours on this job, but I got payed well for it and yes I got Monthly contracts for both sweeping and washing the center. She is a good customer of mine here in Reno and these were in Carson City. The service provider down there was ripping her off big time, charging for things not getting done, here are a couple of pics of the sweeping they were doing on a different center I got from here to that night and trust me it is now more then clean.We have some services here in town that do hit and run cleaning jobs and move on next job too run in and out of.






 
I love it here, being an off road nut lol I have the world in my back yard to go riding in and no one to bother me out there. It is funny how so many have friends or family that have lived here, it's a small world.

That's another classic example of people paying for a cleaning but getting a rinsing. You'll have a customer for life now that they have seen what a cleaning is and should be.
