We did not want to do it.... but we did it anyway. The first design of our twin boiler system was sold last week to a refinery for $90,500 "AS IS". The unit had approximately 457 hours on it.

The refinery has a condition that I do not mention which one. They do not want to be known as spending large sums of money for a pressure washer in these times of high gas prices. ( I think )

As some of you know, our first rig, had the older hydraulics and was not as efficient as our current model. I found our guys, including myself, wanting the new rig over the older one.

The opportunity came and I took it. I am thinking of building another one, however, I do not see how to improve on the current design as of yet. If and when I do, I will most likely build another one at that time.

Congratulations Jim---

I for one am always inspired to see people talking about big dollar figures for anything. 100K for a wash rig means you are doing something right, are cutting edge, and probably at the top of your field, and all of that is good stuff.

One thing I learned from a buddy of mine that does directional drilling is that expensive equipment demands big $$ for the services they provide.
 
do you have a a picture of that rig? just want to see what 90k will buy y
 
You can build one hell of a rig for half that price and still be on top of your game..

Great decision, I would have done the same thing. Now you can learn from your mistakes and build a better one.

Before you build the next one you should contact Wetfoot. I hear he has some of the best rigs known to Pressure Washing. lol
 
I Know you all think Im full Of ***T but I am not! And if u need any Info just let me know! Im still workin on my 32' trailer, But I have a 26' and and a 20' that I have been running for over a year! Im just not sure if I want to put them on here to be copied???????? I hope I haven't ruffled any feathers, but Im "On The Fence" about putting pics of them on here!!!
 
Do you wory when you are working or driving down the road that someone will look at them. Stop being so paranoid! We just wanted to see what the biggest baddest rig looks like. Don't be shy! Trust me,,, No one here is out to GET YA!!! Ps. We also except pics of rigs that are half built! :)

You planning on working my rig this week as well, give me a call and I will try to make it to the shop so we can put them hose reels in.

I am just having fun "at your expense". Every one out here has put pictures of there rigs on here, that is how we learn new things. I don't care if the guy down the road has the same rig as I do. The customer likes me thats why I have the job. I could understand not wanting to put your contracts on this board, but pics of your trailer....lol. Anyone can buy a trailer and arrange equipment on it.

Put up or shut up. Thats how we do it in Alabama

You guys be easy on him, he is new at this (boards)and maybe started out on the wrong foot not knowing what these boards was about.
For those of you that know me, I can honestly vouch for him and but it is up to him on what he shares with you and the best way to do that is get to know him by talking to him, instead of giving him a hard time
(even though he kinda asked for it!!) You know how 24 yr olds are, kinda Cocky sometimes!!!!
 
Fine I will leave him alone.........But he did ask for it. lol

I believe you have the trailers Wetfoot, but the suspense to see them is killing me.
