How was the NOLA event?

Thad and Judy did a hell of a job setting it up and we all had a great time. I believe we had around 25-30 people show up, including some of the greasers (I think they were there for bourbon street only though:cool:) As for the partying...this was a business as usual RT. No funny stuff and definately no partying :D.

I think everyone would agree that a good time was had, good information was shared, and good friends were made. And the next RT couldnt come soon enough.

Thanks to everyone, especially Thad and Judy.

Well I finally made it home tonight. Spent an extra day there. Thad and Judy did an A-1 job. The location was great. Good info shared. It was good to put faces to names. Everybody worked hard and played hard, some played harder than others. But what happens in Nawlins stays in Nawlins.

Very nice. Meeting PWers and ideas from all over. I now totally respect Greasers. You guys have the Ba##$! It was quite interesting for us. Drank beer at the oldest bar in the USA. Ate Binaiets (sp) and latte daily, ate at a 150 yr. old resturant with our UAMCC leader, ate alegator, learned from new guys I met like Jason and watched men dressing up like women and saw women tougher then most guys I know! Over all,
AWSOME!
Oh yea, got my 1st beads!

Terry, good to meet you and your wife Peggy. It was a blast and I even learned something. NOLA and the French Quarter are definately cool to visit, but I dont think I could live there.

So did you have to give up some skin to get those beads?

Yeah Carlos, Terry and everyone else it was great to meet you, Thad thanks again for putting on the event. Funtimes for sure, I think I am having trouble remembering. Hey what time does the roundtable start again, I dont want to be late.

From what I understand, most of the pressure washers spent Saturday night singing to each other in a bar, Homey don't play that.

Must be in greaser-blood, I hate karaoke!

Good to meet you Carlos, sorry we didn't get to spend more time partying. From what I understand, most of the pressure washers spent Saturday night singing to each other in a bar, Homey don't play that.

Matt - maybe next time. I am in and out of L.A. all the time.

The karoke was just a front I think to get to the balcony. I swung through there for a sec as I heard that Ron M. was singing Don Ho's famous "Tiny Bubbles".

Anyway, it was great to met you guys and looking forward to it again.
