Baseball to start using instant replay

I dont like it, I think officials making mistakes is the way the games played.

I teach my kids that they will make mistakes and thats the way it goes. The blue is the boss and respect it.

Pretty soon we will be taping LL game and umpires will need guns?

I agree Ron, not a fan of IR in baseball. I think baseball is one of the few naturally perfect things that we have. Rarely any rule changes,etc.....the game has stayed virtually the same for years and years, and I think that is awesome. George F. Will has written some awesome stuff about how wonderful baseball is. Natural grass, wood bats, no roof....that is quality baseball. Stopping to check a TV screen doesn't fit into that picture for me.

Im not a huge baseball fan, but im a football fanatic. And if there's anything that is starting to ruin it for me, is: 1. all the sissy rules. and 2. Challenges. The coach being able to challenge a play and reverse the call is rediculous. If the ref saw it, it happened. regardless of whether it did or not. Just play the damn game and lose like a man.

I can see soon we will be over turning who won weeks later. This is silly stuff, I gotta stop reading the news.

How did this go for the season, any opionions?
