Scott Stane and Ron Muskraves are having a round table event in Mesa Arizona.

Its a great oportunity to meet the west and east guys in one place.

I have never thought about this but we have never had east coast guys show up in phoenix before.

Its gonna be fun, I can't wait for november.

Scotts rebuilding a machine and will be putting a few maintenance tips together.

I'm certian i will be able to have a couple PM's attend for a short time and talk for a few minutes.

Its gonna be a great time.

I am so offended. It is Stone. Not Stane... I think that I will take my ball and go home.

Now, then, I guess I am a bigger person than that.

Here is what is happening so far.

1. I am rebuilding a machine. We are going to take it all apart, tear down the pump and motor, and put them all back together again. If all goes well, we will also install and set an unloader, and do some basic electrical diagnostics for burners. I have a few other surprises for this, as well...;)

2. We have a speaker that is a former buyer coming to address RFP's and how to respond to them, how to get on qualified vendors lists, and how to become certified as a dbe, etc. He will also stay for lunch to answer any questions. This guy knows his stuff and will share a ton of information.

3. Ron will, no doubt, have something to say.

4. We will have a presentation on first aid for the pressure washing contractor, with special concerns in our industry

5. Robert will be there with a condensed version of his environmental presentation

6. Recovery options and techniques will be presented and demonstrated.

I am certain that there will be other things that come up to fill our time.

What time does the RT start on the 7th ? I'm looking to see what flights I can get on that day, It's the busy time of the year for me so I might try to make it down just not sure yet but looking for airfare anyways just incase :)

Isn't it better to just let it be?
Beth

I am doing what I can to get out to Phoenix for this one. I have checked into flights, and not too bad, until you get into buying 3 tickets. I am still working on it. I hope to see you all there.

I have never been to phoenix. I have been to kingman, but that is it in Arizona. My wife and kids would come. We only have to buy one kid a ticket though.

If I am able to go, I would get out there the Tuesday or Wednesday before hand to meet people and help out how I could, and stay a day or two later to hang out in a new area with the family.

It is a really nice time of the year to be here. There are some nearby places for family activities that will take part of their time.

As for hotels. There are four options. Hilton, Marriot Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, and a Residence Inn. These are all within about a half mile of where the round table is going to be. There are also other family friendly options that are not terribly far away, if you plan on renting a car. If you have a preference let me know. Ron was supposed to set this up and was not able to get to it. I will take care of it on Saturday, if there is a hotel that is a preference. I prefer Hiltons and Marriotts, by I like to roll high when on vacation...

Thanks... When you pick one, let me know, post phone and rates so I can get a reservation.... Marriots / Hiltons are both fine by me, Have stayed at Fairfield also with no complaints. Hopefully the give a good conference rate.
