The following is the link to the hotel that was selected for the round table. That weekend also happens to be nascar weekend, (of course it would be), but on a good note, if you are looking for something to do on Sunday, there is something to do, and so the rooms are a little more expensive at $109 a night. This does include a complimentary breakfast and free internet. At the present time I have 30 rooms set aside. Some are suites and some are single beds. The name of the group is A Mind for Detail Inc.

Registration for the event is being handled directly through me. The cost is $50 per person for contractors, distributors wil need to contact Ron Musgraves for information, and includes lunch on both Friday and Saturday. We will also have a lLadmo Bag for participants. You can google it if you don't know what it is, Suffice to say it is a local Phoenix thing. We are not using Contractor Events for registration. BTW, if you want to PM me so that I know that you are coming, that would be great.

Registration address is as follows please send a check with your registration:

Thanks

Scott thanks for getting the great room rate. I called and got reservations and they told me the rate was 169 / night... I then remembered to ask for the group rate and they told me 109.

I'm sure you can stay at motel 6 for 29.99 by the freeway. Lock your doors and park your car a few miles away.

You can get cheaper rooms. If you want to stay elsewhere its ok.

We are not having anything at the hotel. Stay where you like, just stay close to fiesta mall in mesa..

Got room at Motel 6 1.27 miles from the hotel.......45.00 per night.....

With a Name like Fiesta it must be a Great RT :D I don't know the area very well, do they have a good Shuttle or should you rent a car for the RT?

We might pick you up, get a car take a shuttle. doesnt matter, its close to airport..

They don't have an airport shuttle. It is a hotel designed for travelling professionals, so they expect car rentals, etc. I will be available to make a few airport runs on Thursday night, as long as we can get a group together so I don't have to pick everyone up individually. I can grab 7 at a time, with some comfort in the excursion.

The phoenician was willing to give me $79 a night, but they were not convenient to Mesa.

I expect the Propowerwash Limo to pick me up with a fully stocked bar.....

Ya a limo sounds good

Lisa & I will be staying at the Hilton, got a cool looking lounge plus tey have down comforters and a lot of pillow, you know the important stuff LOL

Looking forward to meeting everyone. I'm getting excited as heck. Is it November yet?

Thanks scott on the Mall info for the wife. I think I'm going to have to buy another suitcase for her stuff she buys

With me not being familiar with where it will be at, which airport would be the best to fly into (if I can manage to get there)????

Thanks Scott.

Just a note. If you are planning on using the Residence Inn, you will need to make your reservations by October 13. The reason is it is reace weekend, and they do not want to risk having any vacant rooms. I could guarantee them, but I know that a lot of people are finding other accomodations. I am not wanting to stick my neck out for that.

Also, if you could send your registration fees to me as soon as possible, I will be able to start planning for how many people are actually coming. I have had a lot of verbal commitments, but have not, yet received any registration fees.

Booked the flights and room tonight, see ya in November all.

Hope every contractor that side of the Mississippi goes and some of us right coast contractors will be there

I dont think its going to be huge show. We will have some guys you know and some you wont.

Scott and i both know local guys that will be there.

I think the date change has made it difficult for some and expense.

We will have a huge Phoenix turnout 2009, bank on that.
