Phoenix Roundtable registration information

I have gotten checks from 5 people. I have not set up paypal. I might have to have Ron run it through his, because I will not have time until very late this week to even think about it. I am really looking forward to seeing you all there.

I guess thats not bad, 5 out 40.... sounds familiar.

That gives me a 20% chance for taking home a new pressure washer and I can ask lots of questions until you get sick of hearing my voice. Not a bad deal for a couple of days of my time and a few hundred dollars:D :D

I plan to be there. I can't even find my checkbook. I use checks so seldom last time I tried to buy something big with a check at Office Max I got turned down because my check number was only 110 on a 4 year old account!! Email me as soon as you get paypal setup.

Hey Scott & Ron, could you ask some of your guys or girls where, if there's a couple hot spots at night. College age and up, clubs lounges where people hang out, dance etc. My wife and I like to go out nights when we can, since we will have no kids on this trip, we want to rock & roll a little. No old fuddy duddy places LOL

Thanks

Come on people confirm, its a PITA for the host to wonder who's coming and not coming. For sure Paypal or something would make it easier.

Looking forward to whoever will be at the PHX RT. I can't wait, see you all soon

Got to love PWing & RT's

Jeff,
I will send you to downtown Scottsdale for the night life. I do not know if there is a lot of dancing and such there, but, there is sure a lot of activity. If you are really nice to me, I might even tell you which bar is the gay bar. It is about 15-20 minutes away.
If you want to Google it, it is Craftsmen Court, in Scottsdale Arizona.

No thanks on the gay bar, I might be a liberal, but not when it comes to that. anyway I wouldnt want to cramp your style at your favorate night spot. Don't worry Scott I won't tell anyone about your secret life. I rather have you going to the Craftsman club, than hanging out at the PHX Airport restrooms again LOL

See ya soon bigboy....alright enough of that gay stuff, gives me the willies

No, that door is not open in my house.

It is down by all the other bars with stuff going on for the weekends. I do some work down there, and so often got to see the little "fights" that erupted. Pretty entertaining at 2 am with no sleep for 48 hours. .

Scott

What time does it start on Friday? I'll be coming up from mexi.., I mean Tucson on Friday.

The following is the link to the hotel that was selected for the round table. That weekend also happens to be nascar weekend, (of course it would be), but on a good note, if you are looking for something to do on Sunday, there is something to do, and so the rooms are a little more expensive at $109 a night. This does include a complimentary breakfast and free internet. At the present time I have 30 rooms set aside. Some are suites and some are single beds. The name of the group is A Mind for Detail Inc.

Registration for the event is being handled directly through me. The cost is $50 per person for contractors, distributors wil need to contact Ron Musgraves for information, and includes lunch on both Friday and Saturday. We will also have a lLadmo Bag for participants. You can google it if you don't know what it is, Suffice to say it is a local Phoenix thing. We are not using Contractor Events for registration. BTW, if you want to PM me so that I know that you are coming, that would be great.

Registration address is as follows please send a check with your registration:

Transported myself back into the 20th century and WROTE out a check and MAILED it today. I'm not used to that kind of physical labor just to pay a bill.

Oh Paypal, where art thou?

Scott or Ron, can you give us a basic schedule. What time and where do we meet Friday and any other info. What & where Friday & lunch time. I paid for my wife Lisa, so I might as well get her some lunch, she will be shopping the rest of the time Friday

See ya soon

Jeff

We are probably going to be running from 8 to 5 on Friday and Saturday. We do reserve that we might be done early on Saturday so people can see what there is to see in the Phoenix area.

Lunch will be served at around noon.
Friday will be the speaker day.
On tap are a couple of people from management companies, from the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Uamcc, Mathew Johnson on first aid (he is an EMT), I will probably do a presentation on Friday afternoon on Street safety and compliance ( I am a certified traffic control technician and Supervisor) Though that is not a total guarantee. We will probably let Ron ramble for an hour on selling to Property Management companies, and maybe have an open round table discussion amongst all the contractors.

On Saturday, we will be doing the demos. We will be doing waste water recovery demos, Building cleaning demos, awning cleaning, and concrete cleaning demo's, Along with equipment repair and maintenance demonstrations.

As I look at all I have planned, I think I am going to run out of time. :) That is a good thing. Remember that lunch will be provided both days, and this is an informal environment. You will not be expected to wear a suit. :D

All that being said, I need a firmer commitment from people. At the current time, I have 8 paid registrants. I need to get small engine repair manuals that are going to be part of the goodie bags we are handing out, and need to know how many to order. This is part of the registration fee. So, if you are firmly planning on attending, please let me know within the next couple of days, via email at the-washer@msn.com so that I know how many to order. There is a lot to this stuff, and it makes it hard when I do not have a firm number. If I am not notified by Thursday, I am going to order the manuals, and you might not get one, if you are not registered. The fee will be the same, though.

Scott,

I shipped the two door prize items donated by Pierce Fitchette of Readyseal (no it is not stain, I promise) yesterday UPS with an anticipated arrival date to you of next Monday.

I will PM you my arrival time at the Airport later in the week when I can find my ticket itinerary. See ya next week!

As Sarah Palin would say when asked if this was going to be a great event.... "You betcha!"

lunch on sunday!
