New UAMCC Transition Team Member ~ Jeff LeCours

Newlook

Member
Jeff,

I would like to commend you for taking the many days (seemed like months) to contemplate, think and evaluate the "pro's and con's" of accepting our invitation to you in becoming a UAMCC Transition Team Member. You deliberately took the necessary time to speak with me and others on the Transition Team about both the short term and long term objectives that the UAMCC has and will continue to accomplish.

All in all you were and are satisfied with the answers that were given and for that I would like to formally welcome you as the newest member of the UAMCC Transition Team.

This announcement to the industry is significant in many ways.

First the obvious is that Jeff LeCours has traveled many roads in the washing industry and today has found himself being put in a position of even greater responsibility with his acceptance of being appointed to the UAMCC Transition Team. I can't but help to repeat what Jeff repeated to me several times over the many days that the UAMCC was courting him for this appointement...."Carlos...I want to do what is best for this industry and I want to help as long as what I do helps all contractors across the board"

Hearing this many times from Jeff goes to the heart and soul of why the UAMCC is here today and will be here tomorrow and the next day and the next. Contactors just like Jeff ~ a contractor's contractor ~ will be and has been the life blood of this organization from day one.

Secondly,

Jeff as with the David V. & Rob H. are a necessary and prudent choice for the UAMCC today. Ken, myself, Terry, Scott S., Michael and Scott M have evaluated what was needed to keep the operation tempo at a pace that is both manageable and productive and our overwhelming conclusion was that the UAMCC must take its agenda to the next level in a BIG WAY!. Adding Jeff to the transition team most definately shores up the infrastructure within the UAMCC so that we are poised to indeed do that ~ take the UAMCC to the next level! Jeff thank you for thinking long and hard about this.

Not to steal the limelight from Jeff and his appointment but we would like to once again thank the contractor community for seeing us through this so far. The cooperation between the different admin BBS's and owners have been outstanding ~ Ron/Russ here at PWI, Beth at TGS, Bob over at PTState, Don P. on Roofcleaningforums, Mark M. in at Powerwashnetwork, Barry over at Midwestprowash and our good friends over at The Grease Police. We at the UAMCC tip our hat and are much obliged for the "space" on your respected boards.

The UAMCC will continue to work with due diligence in which our timing is predicated on making sure that the "spirit" and vision from day one continues to remain in the forefront.

Please join with me in congratulating Jeff LeCours to the UAMCC Transition Team!!

Hey all contractors

Why don't you all chime in with what you think a national org should be. Come help us out to form this thing. Commercial contractors, Resi contractors, wood contractors, KEC guys, everybody!!

I joined because I want our industry to be known as a professional true trades industry throughout the country and you all can help that along with ideas that will help form this org. many minds are better than one

Thanks
Jeff

Jeff LeCours ?????????? Arrrrrggggghhhhhhhh !!!!!!! There goes the party ! I guess we will probably have a "Far Left" UaMCC now !

hahahahaha only kidding Jeff is a great choice ............. Congrats buddy !

Ya Ha Ha Ha....Thanks Russ, I can promise you/everybody I don't talk politics when I am doing UAMCC biz at all

Hey Russ, if you don't mind I would like to talk/call you sooner than later. I'd like to get input from you if you don't mind. You are an industry leader in what you do. In mine and many others eyes you are one of the Top Dogs. I would really like to get your thoughts on a lot of stuff. We need great minds like yourself to give input on a national org. Don't need to take up a lot of your time. I would just like your insight and ideas so maybe I can get a better grasp on what contractors would want or need. Everything can't be done right from the beginning but ideas are needed now and for the future

I hold my hand out to any and all contractors, Industry Leaders and Smart Businessmen, new & old contractors and all others that are related to this great industry. Give me a call and I am sure any other Transition Team member wouldn't mind to hear from you all with ideas. Stop by the UAMCC BB and share your thoughts. Please give me a call, I am new to the Transition Team, but I want to do the best I can for all of us contractors. MAKE SURE I have a piece of paper & a pen, the mind is getting old and if I don't write it down it might be forgotten, man I am getting old LOL

RUSS what do you say can you help a brother out?

Can all you contractors help a brother out?

Thanks again
Jeff

LOL.. Jeff's first proposition to the team was to charge anyone with more than $250,000 in gross sales three times as much as everyone else so that the less fortunate could pay nothing. (actually the UAMCC would be sending new companies money for joining)

Great stuff Jeff
