Here's a good story that proves people usually don't buy on price alone.

My sales girl is out talking to Condo managers last week (we are going to be the condo "kings" of hawaii!). She talks to a lady that already has their building walkways being done by a local large cleaning company. They are doing them for free (some kind of barter deal to do other work I guess). The manager is very unhappy with the quality of work.

She is so worried that the incompetent workers will destroy the delicate, non skid painted walkways on one of the buildings, she won't let them touch em. We line up a demo and she hires us on the spot to do the rest of the job that same day.

She tells us:
"I would rather pay to have them done professionally than let the other cleaners do it for free and possibly damage the expensive surfacing."

So there you have it! Even free isn't cheap enough for a crappy job!
