He is testing me out with the one location first as most do, which I will be cleaning next week. He has 7 other stores, and if he likes the quality of work he will give me all 8 quarterly.

Couldnt agree with you more Nick. This store is actually quite small with only 8 pumps and stamped concrete on store front, very nice store in my opinion and not dirty. Just the canopy needs a good wash.
His other stores are very similar but some are larger and will price them accordingly
