When they started paying 1300.00 per month.
Two island 8 total pumps, google earth the addess.
Its not big, i have many more like that. I do McDonalds for 1100 to 1600..
We are talking about very little hours.
I also wash Homes, surprize!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont wash them for 350.00 and wash two a week or even one a week.
I sell tracks for 275.00 each up to 650.00 each and we get 190 to 400 in some of our larger track homes.
Customer I just did one for 2600 hundred. 2 guys all day.
The date on this po is old, prices have gone way up. This was when they were 240.00 each 6 years ago.
We also got 325 in that track. We could do 6 to 9 a day depending on location with one man.

Resturants already have it done or dont want to spend money right now
Gas stations and banks dont want to spend money or dont care.
Rained out 2 days this week, been cold calling with no luck.
Because i a gambler if you I cant sell them by the time I leave for a profit, you pay the flight Round trip.
The economy is slow, service stations just got off the largest profit they have made in 30 years.
Food places that have service, take it.

I agree, they are the easiest. I would like to get into more pm's with larger jobs, but at the same time, I enjoy doing multiple small jobs per night.
