That is Justin Harris, of Troponin Nutrition......very sharp dude. Notice he was a good 3" over parallel? He's got an incredible build---I think he bodybuilds at 275, and has a good dense physique from a background of powerlifting.

Why are you guys acting like this is soooo hard. I mean it is only 6oo pounds.
 
Wow.I hate squats.Even though they are the most important lift I loathe squat day. I've changed up my routine lately since starting Mua Thai. I benched 225 19 times at 195 lb body weight a couple weeks ago a personal best for me. I'd like to take a video of it so when I'm old and decrepit and I can show my grandkids.
