Gosh, the year is almost up. I must of been on the phone 10 hours in the last two days talking about everything from film after cleaning to steaks in the surface cleaners. Keep those questions coming.

I am always happy to help. Thanks for all of your interest in Garage Cleaning!

allot of factors are in the cleaning of a parking garage

1. type of equipment
2. outside/ inside air temp
3. rinsing ( If you rinse)
4. filtering
5. closure of the garage ( complete or floor by floor )
6. Experience crew in Garage Cleaning
7. how long between cleanings

The list goes on, so it is hard for me to say. Call me and I will try to help.

This is a VERY good question.

Yes, one garage we have, we cannot get in to do. We had to hire a sub contractor. We had his equipment modified to handle garage cleaning.

Answer your question:

Most garages are 6' 8" or higher. This is very important. If you have an extended cab on the three main 4x4 big trucks, ( Ford, Dodge, Chevy ), you may get stuck on the ramps EVEN THOUGH your truck is 6' 6". The reason is the long wheel base. We had our 2007 Dodge Crew cab get stuck. We went up just fine, coming down on the last floor, we got stuck. And letting the air all the way out of the tires, riding on rims, did not help on the steep angle of the ramp. We went out to the street and got 14 people to sit in the bed. 2 hours later, we were freed.

Trailer is not a problem if it is 14 ft or smaller at 96 inches wide for MOST garages. Our sub has 10 ft at 5 to 6 ft platform trailer.
