Customer Reporting

It was mentioned in another section of the forum about following up with customers. It's easy in my business because there are many times you find problems of some sort with AC units.

You can also do this with flatwork i.e. taking pictures of a dumpster area before you clean it and just sending a quick email thanking them for the business and "by the way, you had a big homeless poop in your dumpster area and now it's gone" :) Anyway, you get the idea.

Taking a few pics or videos like this will put you way ahead of the competition and it isn' difficult like it used to be.

This one took me a less than 10 minutes to make and will make me $500.00 in the spring when we clean the coils. (I'm thinking about mounting a camera to a hard hat and making it even easier.)

I'm only leaving it public for 24 hrs.

PS. Don't give me any crap about the white lettering being hard to see. The customer saw it and scheduled coil cleaning and that's all that matters.
