You can start off with you do "Exterior Property Maintenance" But that might also have them think you do painting, pool maint and carpentry repair. But I think Exterior Prop Maint covers it best
I don't know what your biz card looks like but you really need to have your many services listed on the back. That way you can tell them you do Exterior Prop Maint. at the same time you can be pulling out your biz card and handing it to them
I have a freind who does Property Services and he Does EVERYTHING you do except snow stuff, he also does the other thing I listed and much more, thats what Property Services is. A lot of the things he offers he subs out, but he has a long list of pretty reliable subs, but it took him time to get these subs and some come and go
He's almost like a broker, because if a property needs something he will get a contractor, pool refinished, AC work, line stripping, irrigation, the list is endless. Someday you may be offering all those services, you will find you will either offer all these services but you will take on employees or you might even cut some of your services and go with whats more profitable
Prop maint or Specialize. Prop services is great to do, but it is a hell of a lot to do.
I dont want to and I wouldnt be able to do Prop Maint, I just dont have the knowledge, time, desire or subs to do it all. I like that I can sell that we "SPECIALIZE" in PWing. I have had several people say, PWing is ALL you do. I think that helps them think we are an EXPERT in the feild and quite often thats what they want
Prop Services is a good thing to offer, you may grow huge and rake in the bucks. My Buddy des over 2 million, I have another guy I know that does over $4+million. His company also has maint guys on some properties full time
