Safe Restore

How many of you have used Safe Restore before. Did it live up to job. I have two old building to bid on, and I think this would work good, but want a little input. One is my county court house about 80+ years old and the other is an about 50 year old hospital. Any help would be good. Thanks

I've used it several times, only on brick and stone building tho. The buildings were all roughly 40-50 years old. It worked flawlessly, just make sure you rinse extremely well and when you're done, rinse some more.

I did find better results when sprayed on a dry surface, no pre rinsing.

Chad, we love the EacoChem line - it has never let us down, nor have the folks at their facility. Lyn, Debbie & Mike know their stuff!

Have you found the guy in the Raleigh area that sells it? Roger has his number :)

The one I get NMD-80 from only has the NMD-80 instock. I going to look at the job in the am. I know both places well one is down the road from my station and the other we trained at regular. The county is looking at this as a budget item for next year, meaning July, but they need the info by Wednesday. So I don't have alot of time to put some number together. I don't think house wash is going to cut it. I want it done right may lead to more work.

Hey Chad, I do quite a bit of building cleaning and restoration. What kind of substrate is the building and what are you trying to remove? Eacho Chem is good and so is there SafeRestore but there are other comparable products out there also. Some may even work better. Give me a call and I'll see if I can help you out.

Has anybody used safe restore on paver's? I have one center that is full of paver's but they are really dirty and I know they are going to want them washed, but I think some kind of additive is going to be needed on them to get them clean.

We do a great deal of restoration most likely one of the largest and we would always do a test on all there subsrates. Never give an estimate without doing tests. Call mike at EachoChem and he will set you in the right direction. You should always carry there entire line of products when you do your test areas. Then you will know what your entire costs will be.

Would need to know what you mean by Dirty. What exactly are the stain(s) your dealing with.

We use safe restore (now called One Restore) for a variety of issues. I have had the best results removing rust from concrete with it. Also use it for really stubborn efflorescence on brick. We use NMD 80 (also from them) for general efflorescence staining as well as it is more economical. I have always had good luck withe eaochems products and Mike and the crew are always ready to discuss and help.

All of their products rock. One restore is a must to have on the trailer.
