I have been using a housewash/degreaser with a light amount of aluminum/gutter cleaner to remove mold and mildew from stucco, which is working great. I have a bank am about to do a bid for. I was wondering what type of chemicals you guys use to clean stucco with, and how much on average you charge per sq ft. I have been charging between 15-20 cents per sq ft.
