$325 for roofs (could be a 5x5 shed, it doesnt matter I wont go to a job for less than $325 which rarely happens anyways)

$275 for house wash

$125 for driveways

If they get multiple services then my prices go down a little but not much.

This are prices sometimes advertised in my area :D
 
If it doesn't make dollars it doesn't make sense. Unless it leads to bigger and better things. Depends on your expense too. I did a free gutter cleaning for elderly couple in my area that lead to 5 nice paying jobs.
