$75 if we can couple it with something else. $250 if it makes a special trip.

Been doing a $65.00 min for a few months just for small Driveways etc...different mins for Pool Decks, Enclosures, House Washes Etc...Roofs are all done by the sq ft and also have a minimum. Been seriously thinking about bumping up the $65.00 to at least $75.00.

$50 for house washing, $75 for roofs, and $25 for driveways...

Just kidding

$325 minimum for roofs, $275 for house washing, $125 for driveways (unless free in a package).

$80 here, we set it when gas started to go up. its' down now. but no since in changing it, cause it will go up again.

Why would you lower it anyways? If you raise prices and your market gets used to a price, then your costs go down, you make more money. You think when this war is over, our taxes will go down?

This is a good minimum!! this is where we try to be as well.

Always.

I voted $100, but that is for "just showing-up" - and I only advise a customer of that when they are not looking for a "normal" house/roof/deck cleaning. (Just the front/side/rust/drive. I advise that if they decide to have a "normal" service, that price would be charged instead of the minimum, not added to it.

My minimum house wash is $125 (less than 1000 sq ft and usually a townhouse) but I will calculate the best "deal" for them and sometimes, $100 is the best. (Basically, I charge $100 per hour, so my minimum is essentially 1 hour and I wash houses at approx 1000 sq ft/hr., so it usually makes more sense for a customer to have the whole house done.)

For commercial, it depends on volume, but for my regular contractors that use my services, my hourly is lower.

P.S. I get a LOT of work done in an hour, so my customers always get their money's worth and all rates are based on being within my "normal" service area. I have zoned rates for all areas near me and flat hourly rates beyond.

IT all depends. I shoot for a minimum of $1000 a day, but I have some trucks that go out every day and only make $700 doing a specialized service, but that is EVERY day, 5 days a week, and I have two trucks with one employee each that do that. My average stop though, when cleaning is at least $500, but that is all commercial. If I am doing a special job, it is $100, and it better be cash.

150.00 min for house wash though I haven't done one less than 250.00 yet.

350.00 for regular size house roof (2K)

800.00 on deck / fence, though haven't done one less than 1400.00 yet.

I would guess 150.00 for a min to start the truck and show up. Unless it's a fly by job like knocking a tag off a wall and I probably wouldn't set that for less than 100.00.
