where do we start?

He was the very last superintendent there! He is supposed to be going to work building for another guy we know doing the same kind of work in TN and Alabama. He'll be building 50 townhomes at a time for a total of 150 in TN alone. This work won't come up for a while for pressure washing but his new boss needs a bid for the jobs for pressure washing and I was wondering about price breaks since there are so many homes to wash at a time. I have no idea how to bid this. Ask for draws, ect. There is nothing to measure yet since nothing is built, but we will be seeing the building plans in a week or so. what do I need to ask for so I don't look completely incompetant?!! would you do? what Any advice is welcome!!
