After experiencing my first (and by no means the last) roundtable, I just gotta say: if you really wanna get serious about your business, these roundtables are a must! There is a wealth of knowledge shared among fellow washers with no hidden agendas, no downlooking for not knowing what they know, and an atmosphere of total transparancy. You get to put a face with a person that you only know by name or screen name, and build relationships with others in our industry, absolutely priceless.

It's Saturday now after the meeting, I'm kicked back in the hotel room, and I just can't wait to get back home to apply the knowledge learned, but knowing there are going to be great demos tomorrow keeps me here for sure.

If you care anything about your business at all be sure to get to one ASAP!

Thank you Russ for hosting this event, all the sponsors, and Ron (especially for the after the official meeting talk you gave to a few of us), this ole boy is extremely greatful.

And sign up for one in the next 20 minutes and receive a free SHAM WOW!!!

Follow him camera Guy......Don't be fooled by Imitations

I wasn't even interested in concrete work till I went to the Phoenix RT.

I bought a surface cleaner within 3 or 4 days after returning and now we just began with our first accounts. You'd be amazed how much you can learn in 2 days.

I really dig the video signature Tony!!... Did you make it to World of Concrete by chance.. Since you fast learner, deco crete work might be a logical next step up.

Ron was here during the WOC, but I didn't have time to go. We had a timetable on a big job.

I'm trying to get in with a very fast growing concrete company here we've had a business relationship with through my wife's business. We've watched them go from 1 truck parked at their house to now over 50 trucks in 5 yrs. And they are still buying, except it's all cash now.

I meet with them in two weeks. I'm trying to get a packet put together showing the value of concrete maintenance they can give to new customers when they finish a job.

Hey Ron.. you know all them great videos ya make?.. umm er, well I got to jive ya abit and ask that you let the 20 some odd online attendees of the live broadcast do some tar and feathering for how that went down. Do ya think anything could have been done different?
j/k.. nature of the beast I suppose and we should attend in person. :p

ps- I got maybe the last 10 min. or so of Mike if you don't...that's about it.

Tony Is great with these videos...

I've got to be honest, I put this one together on the fly. I just put all the pics in a Picassa file, put on a few subtitles, added the music, told it to zoom in and out on faces and boom, there it is, in about 10 minutes.

There's my secret.

That'll be $500, I take paypal....:)

Yea lots of stuff will do slide show easy with the pics...got to get to doing similar Tony as it really seems take things up a notch in looking more professional. The zoom stuff gives a feel of video just like a cam or video game viewer like for the wii or such. I have Proshow Producer that Fenner recommended me one time just sitting here idle waiting for me to throw it a bone. I suppose I haven't messed with it cause I been comparing it to doing video work which usually takes heaps more time.
