Roof Cleaning Biz for sale

Yep. They've come down from $12,000 over the last 6 months or so. Ive asked about buying parts of it, but he doesnt want to break it up..
 
LOL, I got roofs just waiting to be cleaned but we got snow everywhere. Thinking about starting a crew to sweep snow off roofs..LOL
 
This company is posted for 6k Now. I dont say too bad. They use a hydroxide chem and high pressure.

I hear you Chris, we are landing jobs left and right, for big $$. Going to start these condos this Friday.

What kind of techniques are you fellas using? Marketing wise? I cannot get people to buy into it. Are you talking to the customers on weekends? Flyers? I got a call from a subdivision I put flyers out into, gave the guy a bid then never heard back, even when I tried giving him a few calls. I assume he thought it was too high, even though it was a low ball bid, just so I could get my name in the neighborhood. So what kinda things are you guys telling these people?
