Restrooms like Dunkin Donuts

Just new to this forum, spent a couple hours reading most of the threats and did not find anything about Restroom/Washroom prices of ‘Deep Cleaning’ high-pressure or steam-vapour. I hope someone can help me out here. .. I guess it would be like a Dunkin Donut Shop.

Two (2) restrooms men’s and women’s about 14 feet by 20 feet, two (2) urinal and one toilet stalls, one (1) basin sink. Room tiled with 16 inch tiles on the floor, with four (4) walls up to the 10 foot ceiling. Having about a 3/8 inch grout groves.... a) Price for first or one-time cleaning... b) Price later coming back a couple of times a month .... Any information would be appreciated.

We do the restrooms for walgreens, basicly the same thing. We put down some degreeser and scrub it in.

Let it dwell for at least 10 min, then run your surface cleaner over it with very HOT water. We also use a high volume low pressure tip to steam the walls and porceline. First time cleaning $125.00 per restroom, $75.00 for regular service.

This is a fast clean, should only take you 40 min for both restrooms. Make sure they have good drainage, if not you may want to take a wet vac and squeege's. You can use duct tape to keep water from going under any adjoing doors.

You also need to fill in your signature!!

I bid on Walgreen's here several years ago and they went with the low bidder, I asked the manager if that was the main criteria and he told me that it was. O Well.

They are doing an ok job, too bad that here, they don't want to pay a little more for better quality work.

I might approach them again and see.

If the drains are not working properly, i will wet-vac the water out.

I was more in the yuck factor from thinking of the smell of steaming hot old urine in a confined space...
 
Careful about cleaning in or around drains, because it can quickly become a crappy job.
 
We tell our folks when you are cleaning restrooms with hot water to be careful and not lick your lips.
