Some unique stuff for sale

I've spent the last month dismantling my vacuum truck pictured in my avatar. With the construction market (my mainstay) so down, I thought it better to scale back for a while and regroup. I have all this stuff sitting in storage now. For now, you can look at the avatar picture, if there is interest in any of it, I will get close ups. Most all of it is immediately available. The vacuum itself is tied up in an equipment lease. I haven't spoken to them yet, but I bet they'd be willing to have a qualified business assume the lease. I don't have a dock or lift, but am willing to help on the shipping front wherever I can. I'm only an hour and a half out of Vegas, so I would be willing to meet any buyer there with the equipment. I'm not expecting much response on this stuff, but here it is in case someone's looking.

1) One super sucker vacuum (it's an XtractMax 2026G). It's powered by a 24hp Honda driving a Tuthil 5009-21L series blower. Rated by the manufacturer at 650 CFM @ 144"water, it can handle multiple washers running simultaneously all day (or night) long. I also have pre-seperators and other goodies for it. Serious inquiries are free to e-mail or call to discuss this.

2) All the vacuum accessories. I have lots of 3" and 2" hose and 2" tools. Price based on item.

3)The hose reels are live and can hold 200' of 3" hose. These were built for me by American Reeling out of Reno, NV. They are powder coated gray. Asking $500 for the pair.

4)Collection drums, tippers. The drums were dot rated drums used to transport cultured marble chemicals. I had them sand-blasted and powder-coated white. One has a drain cock on the bottom, the other does not. There are also custom built manual tippers for the drums designed to bolt on top of a flatbed truck and clear a 6-yard dumpster. $20 each item above, except the drum with the drain, I'd like $30 for that one

6) Knaack/Weatherguard jobsite storage box. It's the 3068 model http://www.knaack.com/jobsite_storage_equipment/view_products.php?p_id=2 but was sandblasted and powder-coated white. It also had L brackets welded to the skid pockets so it could be bolted to the top of a flatbed. One of these new are $700 and ugly orange. I'm asking $500.

7) A custom built for the overhead racks hanging basket, and a custom built tunnel-box. Both are powder-coated white. Dimensions are available, but they should fit most flatbeds with overhead racks. $200 each.

There will be more later, I just can't inventory it all with all my stuff in the way.

Call Eric and Jenny Flinn from TX Gulf coast power washing, I know they are trying to build a reclaim sytem.

The other stuff that's in storage will take a couple days before I will have them up.

how much for the vac?

Answers to a few questions I've received:

My best guess is around 200 hours of use on the vac. It was used in the field for one year, an average of 4 hours a week, though I don't keep records.

I've owned it about a year and a half, bought it new.

I don't know what the procedure is on trying to get it out of the lease, so I need to talk to the leasing company before I know for sure if it's even available for sale, or get a price. I paid $16k for it.

This will pick up golf balls like nothing through 200' of hose. I never finished getting it configured for wet, so I never tried it. I do know the suction at the end of 200' was much stronger than what was at the end of Scott Stone's vac at the Phoenix RT. It may be too much for all but 1% of the washers out there.

I'm more than willing to answer any other questions.

Ya, that was at the end of 200' too. I want to say thanks to SunRiver golf club for letting me suck their balls!

That was very sweet of them to let you do that.

Brandon, All this time I didn't connect your sign in name with you. I thought you disappeared! Now I feel like an idiot.

No, I'm here silently absorbing as usual. I should probably have my screen name changed, but I'm kinda fond of it.
