Here is the best a local competitor can do. He cleans this property a couple times a year and each time he leaves crap like this. I cant get the owner to get rid of this guy.

I know what you mean. I have been trying to get a local fast food place here for over a year now. It is being serviced and looks terrible. Offered to do some of it for free and he keeps using the same guy that leaves it looking like crap. That's just the way it goes sometimes.
 
Are you for real? :eek: Somebody actually left it looking like that and expects to get paid? :confused: Thats got to be the worst that I've seen someone leave a place and say they are done.

I agree, keep after the PM, offer a free demonstration. Do 1/2 of a location, takes lots of before and after pictures. Action speaks much louder than words.
 
I can't believe that they actually wanted to get paid for that crap job!

The PM or owner must not have seen the crap left behind, if he did maybe he is related to the guy doing the work?


Kory, do you mind if I add those pics to my damage, lowballer and hack gallery? I am having my website upgraded and will have some other galleries added to help educate against the lowballing hack.

That looks like total crap. He must show them he's done while it is still wet. Of course, if he is this bad...we might not want to see what his cut ins look like!!!!

Darn that job is horrid!!! I lose jobs to work like that all the time down here . you would think you were in africa with all the zebras around here. but they all have a relative that they get to do the work for them.
