Commercial Post cards

Heres the new postcards we had made for our commercial customers. I really like the way they look, but the message is the same as our residential flyers. "Whats eating your roof?" I like the message, but is it appropriate for commercial targets? Or should we go towards something that has to do with customer aquisition or cleanliness?

Looks good Scott how many you sending out. We are doing comm ones next go around

Scott, That postcard looks real good. Hope it works out well for you!
I have a question, too. We're starting a postcard mailing campaign for Roof Cleaning and we were wondering which aspect of the service got more attention... "destroying curb appeal" or "damage to roof" We were not sure which to use in our message. Does the "Eating" your roof idea work better for you than another or is this the only message you've tried?
Also, when you choose your mailing list, obviously some houses are not going to have dirty roofs do you still get a good return on the # you mail?
Thanks

Looks Great Scott
