OK, Someone asked if I had some Pictures of Sludge

Here are some Photos of the Sludge you should expect from cleaning a parking garage. This is a small amount of sludge... about 50 gallons.

This is what we get out from 1 to 2 levels of a parking garage. If you are getting less than 15 to 25 Gallons per floor, then you are leaving the difference in the concrete.... unless the surface was not that dirty in the beginning.

For this reason, you need a big filtration unit for the Cleaning of a Parking Garage. A filtration unit that can handle about 200 to 400 Gallons of sludge. DO NOT try to clean a extremely oily garage with a 30 gallon capacity filtration unit. You will be sorry.

This is why the EPA is cracking down here in California.

Looks like San Fransisco Fudge!!

That just down right NASTY. I will never complain about dirty, muddy, moldy water on a residential driveway ever again.

That was just after the rinse down of the 3rd floor of 5 floors. All that sludges had to be cleaned after every floor has been rinsed. This is where we collect the Class II waste water. We filter it and the sludge is left.

This is Nasty smelly Sh*&t.

Bet it would go good with a Baloney Sandwich... Yummy !

Yummy!!

The one on the right is when we went over 1/2 of the oil stain and left the other side untouched. The oil was the whole photo.

Sorta a before and after shot.

Jonathan, of course I would NEVER leave a stain like that. If I ever did, I would not be in business for 20 years now watching my competition come and go. You ought to know me by now. we do not leave the site until it is cleaned.

It is not UNcommon for use to arrive on

Friday night: Setup for 3 hours, eat, sleep IN THE GARAGE
Saturday, work 20 hours with 3 breaks
Sunday, work another 20 hours with 5 breaks
Monday, leave at 3 AM

Over 45 hours in 2 3/4 days.

Hey Jim, i am surprised that you have any quick connects with that much heat.

I would not want to walk by that coupler when that O-Ring let loose?

Ya, You are right. One of my guys had it by the wand. The NEW o ring blew. It ripped his jacket, cut through his sweatshirt under his jacket. He suffered 3rd degree burns on his ribs.

I heard him scream from 200 ft away while I was next to the washer.

Ya, that hurts !!!

Vinton O rings is what we use with stainless steel HANSEN QC 1/2 inch.
