Sweeper for garages?

I have a chance to pick up a Tennant sweeper, propane powered, for a decent cost. It's a ride-on model, and I have used these before in my previous line of work. Question: is this a decent choice for ramp sweeping? I have, in the past, just made sure the ramp owner had it swept before we came in, but I figure its an EZ add on. I have an idea on pricing, but anyone who wants to give up numbers I'd appreciate a PM.

I have never used the Small Sweepers, it all depends on how much Material you have to Sweep Up, Test Drive it if you can ;) Pricing will be your hard part. It all depends on the area you are working in and area Pricing, it varies so much from town to town and what the Sweeping Services are charging in that area. Shopping Centers Pay different then Garages and Big Lot Sweeping or Warehouse Sweeping Pays even different then the Rest, so find what the going rate is if you can for your area. We use an Hourly Rate to estimate our prices. .02 cents Might put you Way High on Pricing. It does look like that Model will dump into a 4 Yard Dumpster.

I wish I could get 2 cents a SQ FT I would be a Millionaire By Now.

Find Out AREA Prices before doing anything.
