I remember this video from years back. The BASMA video states about soap, caustic discharge on 7:48 sec of the video were she say bio degradable dose not mean non toxic.
It also mentions about Parking Structures at 8:21 of the video. It is illegal according to her to clean any parking structure or street without a filter.
Ok.... let the ones who say otherwise go for it :slap:. I am just stating what " She Said" :deadhorse:
However I guess in another state where the environmental issues are not on the top 10,000 list of things to enforce or care about, she could be ....... ? :stop: LOL lOl LoL
