I am looking to share a ride to the Vegas roundtable, split gas, if anyone has room going from Tucson or Phoenix.

Hey Tom, I don't know who Ron's' got coming up from PHX, but I just wanted to say welcome and I'm glad you're going to be here.:)

Thanks Tony, Im already excited. Next time I come I'll bring the family.

Well it took 20hrs longer to straiten out the family issues that were holding me back.

But about an hour ago my helper dropped a bomb on me (out of the blue) said "I'm leaving Phoenix, can't handle the big city" ...

I'm thinking What big city? Where? He says he's leaving Phoenix tonight :(

This throws everything upside down for me.

Down here thats what we call Ph - The big city, and it's plenty close when you want it. Lou is that a regular amount of drama for you?

This place seems nothing more than an over sized ranch to me.
I don't see it as drama, situations come up that call for my attention.
Has to my main guy deciding to go back to Tucson he was having girlfriend issues. It really shouldn't have been a surprise all the signs were there I was to busy trying to keep extended family civil to each other (for the sake of the children involved) and for the most part I stay out of it. But when my 7yr old niece came to me and said "Uncle Loouuuieee, mommy and daddy fight cause of me. With big tears running down her eyes she asked "Can you help me?

Now I've spoke to many that took the position of (so what) don't let this stop you, a great opportunity to add a service to your business. And yes it's a great to add coin to my pocket But At What Cost?

Last year I lost 9 people very close to me in rapid fashion, I'm sure it effects the way I handle situations in my personal life now. Believing I can change thing that I have little control over.

I don't want the guilt of doing nothing. And I really don't want the shame of doing nothing (to help my niece) so I can put more coin in my pocket.

If I drive from Atlanta to Phoenix and pick you up and head to vegas, will you split the gas money evenly with me?
