Hey Mike, weather it is a start up rig or not, that is not the issue here. What is the issue is that the EPA is now in a more active state of mind on the east coast. When I informed everyone a year ago that it was coming, you and others mock it, and now you are doing it to Russ.

I commend Russ for stepping up to the plate and complying to the Federal EPA standards with his filtration system. Something that he was toying with over the years past. He is showing all of us that it is easy to follow the EPA requirements and make good money from it. Now that the EPA is aware that Russ has a filtration unit and it has been tested, he can go after bigger contracts that otherwise may have been closed to him.

Now that you have the filtration unit, you may ask to be put on a list of vendors that comply with Federal, State, County and City reclamation restrictions. You can even go into the county for spills that happen at the county/ city property. If State, County or City call, full price …. Nothing but full pricing.

Yeah Me and Mikey are all good. (see I even have a PPC hoodie of Mike's on in my avitar)

ALSO ! Thanks for the kind words everyone.

I am on the contact list for them and even did a demo for the facilities management team on our recovery process and they told me I was well in order, I see what I would need to change in my equipment if we start to use it more but that will come when I need it, thats they we we have always been, if we need something we get it, its merely the cost of doing business

This job is 68,000 square feet of building on the first floor and an additional 28,000 of risers that are scattered here and there.

The EPA called 40 + contractors and I was the only one that had the equipment they required, I was informed today I will be doing the building opposite this one within the next month (40,000 SQUARE FEET) and another one that is almost 200,000 square feet before the end of summer.

I guess I was lucky, I saw the reclaim systems at the Bama RT and knew if I got compliant and marketed it correctly I would have a head above the competition.

Russ, did you get the reclaim from sunbrite?

Russ, did you get the reclaim from sunbrite?

yes I did, Pete and Tracy were awesome in getting me everything I asked for, basically Tracy asked what I wanted it to do and what equipment I had and send me the proposal and I ordered it, picked it up and they had all the fittings, connections and extras already there, I didnt have to go shopping for cam locks, hoses and stuff, I was very satisfied and they made the hook up simple.

It paid for its self plus some on the first job!:D

Friends in high places. I Love it. Great job Russ. :)

So the EPA has 300K+ sq ft of building in Pratville? Daiiimmmn.........

they have facilities on Gunter Air Force Base, this one was a radiation lab, the one next to it does water treatment testing and the 200,000 square foot sturucture belongs to the Air Force, it is the Air University building, not connevcted to the EPA

OH AND ITS NOT IN PRATTVILLE, IT IS IN MONTGOMERY

Great to see you posting Russ, glad to see you out there making money and having a good time working.

It is nice to be working, I have had a lot of work the past 2 weeks where before that it was slow, very slow but now I am getting more calls. Great!

Give me a call sometime Russ.
