We got another garage lead

I want to thank Ron and everyone who contributes to this site. We got another lead for Garage Cleaning today.

As some of you may already know, we received a contract for a garage, though it was only 110,000 sq ft, for a Parking Garage cleaning. This was solely because of this forum and what we posted.

Now we have another lead. We also got one for back east. Already gave that one away folks.

At this rate, we will past GROSS sales from last year, which was our highest grossing sales in 20 years. Our sub is scheduled to make 100 to 120k this year.

Again, Thanks goes to Ron, Scott and Grant for watching my back in tough times and for being more than just a business associate….. more like.............. for being a friend.

I know that indirectly, all of you have helped lift me up to achieve a placement in the clouds.

Man you and Russ get these nice leads from the forums. Cool. I havent got a lead from the forum in all the years I have been on them. All I need is that one lead where the Federal Gov wants JL to clean all their multi unit complexes across the country. Hey wishful thinking never hurts .

2009 is a good year, the best so far for JL. I have heard from many PWing contractors thats its been a crazy good year so far. Go figure it must be all that Obama Change mojo LOL LOL
