Friends in Direct Competition

Tony Shelton

BS Detector, Esquire
This presentation and this product is in direct competition with me. Am I worried? No.

Do I want to try to rush out and find something wrong with his product to reduce his market share? No.

Will I promote his product because of our friendship. YES.

Competition isn't always bad. Tom and I have spent hours on the phone regarding what he's doing. If he succeeds he will dig right into my market. Then what will I do?

I will adapt. I may service his product. I may work with him on improving or evolving his product.

Competition can Help your business if good business relationships come from that competition.

Here's his product.
