Tampa Tile Roof Cleaning - 2 year old home

Here are a few Tampa Florida Tile Roof Cleaning pictures. This roof was extremely bad for only a two year old home. I guess the tiles were old when they were installed, as I have never seen one this bad after such a short time.

Nice job on the Tile Roof Cleaning Ken. I would have to agree with you. Those look way more than 2yrs old. Check the property appraisers site. I would bet that those are the original Tiles. I have customers tell me all the time they had their Roof Cleaned 2yrs ago and I know darn well from the looks of them that it's been more like 8yrs. I'm sure they will stay Cleaner alot longer now. Good Work!!! :)
 
Larry, the home really was built just 2 years ago. I always get my figures from the appraisers site, it's the only way.
Pretty bad huh? The neighbors tile roof is starting to show signs as well but wasn't as bad as this roof.
 
I bet the contractor must have gotten a good deal on some older Tiles that were sitting around for a year or 2. I'm sure you've seen how nasty extra Tiles get when they are sitting around for awile.

I do have 4 jobs up here tomorrow? But it is normally not as good as Tampa and Pinellas county.

But i am not allowed in Tampa :D

Landsbrook is fine,,, Brooksville it out there... Ya better stay off the cell phone when your driving between jobs or you may end up in Georgia. LMAO :D
