Building Wash tomorrow morning

Tony Shelton

BS Detector, Esquire
In the morning we are washing this building.

This is typical of Las Vegas, no mold, no mildew, just a little staining from water runoff and some dirt.

What would you guys use to clean this and what method of application would produce the fastest and best results?

And do you think Chris is lowballing to do this for $50.00? :p :p <-----(That's a joke btw)

Seriously, these pics are the front and one side, we also have to do the back. Can someone pm me and let me know what the going rate for something like this should be? (He's already priced it so it's too late to change now)

By the way, it's stucco with the color all the way through, no paint.

I will do it for 49 so i can win the bid.

Hey, thanks for all the helpful responses! Just wait till one of you d*cks wants to know how to open a Carrier unit and I just sit there....................with no response....

I'm just joking, I got a lot of help from Chris Chappell, Ron and Russ.

Everybody else can s*ck it!!!

We made our way through this cleaning. This was the kind of stucco that comes off in your hand (settle down) like shiny sand. The stucco was uneven, so even when we were done there were areas that looked dirty, but it was just because the texture was put on thicker in some areas.

We used a secret recipe that was a combination of something from Ron and Chris C.

We captured nothing and I hope some fish are cleaner right now because of it. :p

And BTW Russ, we priced it way too low. (But it was more than $50.00.)

Please don't make fun of our lack of dirt and algae on buildings and I won't make fun of your accents. This is about as dirty as it gets here.

(Also, if any lurker wants to give us crap for not wearing harnesses, please look up how owners of businesses are exempt from Osha Rules before wasting the post:cool: )

Here's a video of us using the ultimate hacker X-Jet, I call it the S-Jet. It comes free with a pressure washer from Sears. (But it does lay some cool foam.)

Thanks again Chris, Ron and Russ. (I'll pay for your room if you speak at my next Roundtable. :) )

</P>

Ha! That was one funny post. Nice job on the building.

I also like the umbrella, I need to get one for the Bucket Truck, it gets hot up there some times.

Looks like that foam attachment works great.

Hey Tony you think I could get that secret recipe.

Nice work
