Non Pressure Roof Cleaning Largo Florida!

Nice one Larry that must have been a good paying one.
I can't go out and buy a new truck like you but I did do ok. Hahaha! :D

Your truck is newer than mine! big money Larry!
Oh Yea! I forgot. I love the truck but hate the payments. :( I do like your new one though Kory. I may try a Ford if I ever get rid of mine.

looks good larry

I haven't been posting to many pictures Of Roof Cleanings that we have done lately because I always seem to for get my camera. That and most of the Tile Roofs we've been cleaning have been average size. Here is a good one we did this morning that I got from a building contractor that I network with. They are doing a $48,000 remodel on their Pool Deck area. We had to work around a bunch of Contractors but it only took us 3hrs to do so we were not in their way very long. This 2 story Tile Roof is in a community called The Bayou Club in Largo Florida and sits in a Golfing Community.

Very nice Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning Largo Florida Larry :)
We are doing that BIG Strip Mall I told you about today with our Roof Cleaning Trainee.
I will post the Tile Roof Cleaning Pictures later of that Strip Mall.

On the first picture where the part of the house is higher than the rest in the front and is closed in like a room.............If this was not closed in and was like a car-port but not where you could drive a car under it, is there a special name for those things like an arbor or something?

I have given some bids to clean the ceilings of those but not sure of the proper names, is there a proper name? People have called them arbors, porch, car-port, etc...

Thanks.

Ya lost me a bit on that one Chris. If it were open I would probably just call it a Balcony or a second story open porch. Your right though, there probably is a fancy name for it.

Thanks Chris... It's too bad he couldn't stay another week Chris. I've got a few Tile Roofs lined up for next week that I could have had him come and take part in. Looking forward to seeing the pictures of that strip mall Tile Roof Cleaning.

good job larry, looks great.
Thanks Tom...I like doing those big ones. It's especially nice when I get to stay on the ground and let my helper do all the spraying. Being up on the roof is ok but it gets old after awile. :)

Ya I hear ya, trained two guys in the last month.
Took down a monster tile in avila the other day in a few hours in between rain showers.

How you guys doing with the rain?
Beating us up over here, setting up and down in the rain.
We are all sick!

Just got home from the Dr. and I have bronchitis/laryngitis and some GI virus I don't remember what it is.

Damn!!! My wife was sick for a week and a half. Had to take 2 days out of work and then I cracked the whip. :D LOL... Been pretty busy. Got a lot lined up for next week and tomorrow. Didn't do much in the rain last week except for 2 days where I got caught in some killer storms. Actually had to sit one out in the truck and I never usually do that. Too much lighning for me. Seem to be doing more Pressure Cleaning than Roof Cleaning but hey,,,thats what I do and it keeps the bills paid. Hope you get to feeling better. Lots of people getting sick lately. :(

Larry, I was just wondering, with your large stature have you ever fell down a gutter downspout?:D

Kool mang :p

My wife is taking care of me.
She made roast beef sandwiches with provolone cheese today for me. Au ju and all!

Whenever she breaks out the crock pot I know it's going to be a good day. The meat starting cooking this morning around 8am.
Our house smells so good right now.

Doc has me on a lot of stuff and told me to stay out of the rain and not to inhale any love for the next couple weeks or I may need x-ray etc.

I always have had an unreal heal time, but he said we gotta suppress the cough so no lovin....

Guess it was time well spent training themlast few weeks, so I can sit back and heal.

Pisses me off as I was supposed to start a new weight training program June 1st with a couple other guys and this will set my goals behind them. Or, they may actually catch me.....

NEVER!

hehe .....We call the hand rails!

The cat slipped off a white tile a couple months ago and used the hand rail.
Them white ones are always slicker...

LOL can you imagine my ass grabbing the hand rail?

I would pull the house over on its side.

Seeing your pictures with you up on the roofs over the years shows that you have skills Larry!

I am thinking of maybe selling a lot of tile jobs and flying you down here to do them for me. hahahahaha

You would be the designated "Roof Walker". hahahahaha
