Non Pressure Roof Cleaning Largo Florida!

I haven't been posting to many pictures Of Roof Cleanings that we have done lately because I always seem to for get my camera. That and most of the Tile Roofs we've been cleaning have been average size. Here is a good one we did this morning that I got from a building contractor that I network with. They are doing a $48,000 remodel on their Pool Deck area. We had to work around a bunch of Contractors but it only took us 3hrs to do so we were not in their way very long. This 2 story Tile Roof is in a community called The Bayou Club in Largo Florida and sits in a Golfing Community.

40 short stayed on the ground for this one and took care of the ground work. Thats our baby boy (yours and mine) up on the Roof. I thought it was about time he got some sun. LOL...:)

Thanks Mark! The pictures never seem to come out the way ya want them to. They never seem to look like it does when your there. Plus trying dealing with the sun in your face can be apain.

Good job!

Do you ever have problems with the tile cracking or moving while you are walking on them.I have only done one tile roof and I didn't even want to put my ladder standoffs on the stuff.
We walk just about every Tile/Shingle Roof that we Clean unless the pitch of the Roof is too steep. Walking on Tile Roofs takes a bit getting used to. We do run into the occasional Roof where the Tiles are loose and will slide and also some of the older ones, especially the natural concrete Tile Roofs tend to get weak over the years and can become brittle. Many of these will crack without ever even having anyone walking on them due in part that they expand and contract with the heat and cold. For some of the older Concrete Tile Roofs we try to shoot them from a ladder to prevent damaging them.
