Commercial Tile Roof Cleaning Tampa - Strip Mall Tile Roof Cleaning Tampa

Commercial Tile Roof Cleaning Tampa 33647 :)

Tile Roof Cleaning of a Tampa Strip Mall in the 1400 Block of Fletcher Ave, Tampa Fl 33647.
This Strip Mall was a cleaning job I was saving for the Tampa Roundtable in July.
The out of stste owner of this Tampa Strip Mall could not wait to have the tile roof and sidewalks cleaned until then.
We had a roof cleaning trainee down here in Tampa from Washington, DC this week.
So, I closed the deal on this Commercial Tile Roof Cleaning Job.
We originally bid 6500.00 on this job for all the tile roof surfaces and the filthy concrete cleaning.
I told the owner of this Tampa Strip mall we would do it for only 5500.00 IF he could wait until we had more roof cleaning trainees atthe July Roundtable.
He made us an offer of 5,000.00 to do it NOW
So, off we went with 600 gallons of STRONG Apple Sauce Tile Roof Cleaning Chemical in one 300 gallon tank, and "Concrete Cleaning Apple Cider" in the other 300 gallon tank.
I SEVERLY underestimated the roof cleaning chemical needed to clean this Commercial Tile Roof:eek:
The concrete was SOO Bad, we decided to call in our friend Kory Finley from K and J Pressure Washing in Tampa.
Kory has a high GPM Hot Water Machine.
We allowed him 1000.00 for the concrete cleaning on this Tampa Strip Mall.
Kory is up in Tampa cleaning concrete as I post this, and will have pictures of his own to post in this thread :)
The Commercial Roof Cleaning Pictures in this post are not complete.
We ran slap OUT of Chemical, and my guys are mixing a NEW 600 Gallon batch of Apple Cider Roof Cleaning Chemical as I post this.
Our roof cleaning trainee is in the Red Shirt.
He got in a LOT of work on this Tile Roof Cleaning in Tampa :)
His plane left Tampa Airport at 5pm, so he is on his way back home.
We will go back to Tampa tomorrow, finish this commercial strip mall tile roof, and then go up to Tampa Palms to clean a couple more Residential Tile Roofs.
Fletcher Ave in Tampa is pretty close to Tampa Palms, so it will be a busy Tile Roof Cleaning day for us :D
Kory is an excellent Concrete Cleaner with state of the art equipment.
Can't wait to see HIS before and after concrete cleaning pictures of this Tampa Strip Mall !

Nice job on the Roof Cleaning Chris. That one sure is sucking up a lot of mix. How did the new guy like being on the job?

He loved it Larry!
I have some other training pics of him, saving them for a roof cleaning training thread.

great job apple man!

Rain is really helping us out huh?

This time last year we did those 40 tiles for a HOA and they just lead us to a 34 unit job + clubhouse. Gotta love those PM to PM referrals! Everyone makes $$

They told us the drives/exteriors are FFA and even plugged us in the HOA newsletter for free but all the roofs are mine. Keep on raining baby!!!

Thinking it will take me about 4500 gallons of mix to complete the project.

Food for thought....we like to throw a heavy duty contractor bag over the tv satellites. You should incorporate that when training noobies.

nice gig bro:D

All of us will be eagerly awaiting the before/after pictures ;)

You have always been right about a good rain making things look a lot better.

I did a roof on Memorial Day and went yesterday for the after pictures.

The roof looked good when we left but much better yesterday after a few days of some rain here and there.

Thanks Chris.

Thanks Chris.
This roof was very old, and has 4 different kinds of Tile on it
The owner is placing the strip mall for sale.
He did not want to replace the roof tiles.
Rain will help this roof look better.
But it is like doing a Facelift on an 80 year old person.
There is only so much you can do.
Kory commented on the phone to me that the rear of the strip mall sidewalks were absolutely FILTHY.
We left our business cards with all the business owners of this strip mall to keep. or give to the new owners, when the property sells.
We had to talk with thye business owners of this mall, to be sure they moved their cars, etc, etc.

This is not what I would call a "showcase cleaning job".
But Kory and I did our best, considering what cards we were dealt.

Was that a tile roof in tampa? LOL:D
No, LOL, it was a Strip Mall Tile Roof Cleaning In Tampa ;)
My Bad
Actually Nick, I was thinking of calling YOU to come clean the concrete ?
I figured you were busy, because you are always busy cleaning commercial stuff ?
And Kory was closer :)
I see you sold your lift truck ?
It sold QUICK !
It sure was a nice truck Nick.

My man Kory does good work, i use him whenever i can!!

Have plenty of the B&A's of the first 40 on one of my blogs somewhere, sure you have seen them bro. Have I ever let my fans down?

Again nice job, looks great.

No Tom, I meant the job you said are going to do.
Can't imagine many jobs requiring 4,500 gallons of Chemical, except blowing up Tampa
Of course we would all like to see pics of a job like that ;)

YES he DOES !!
Kory ROCKS :)
Got to see his beautiful new truck too.
My Girl was there, and she is a Nurse.
She was familiar with the operation Kory's Wife just had.

No prob....like I said I haven't let any of my fans down yet my man!

How many gallons of mix you think we went through cleaning 40 barrel tile filthy white roofs that are as large as those?

You know how many exteriors I'm going to pick up my man?
How about drives?

Not gunna pull my hoses twice, I can bet you that.

If I come in under budget on love it will be nice ;)
