Black lines from rubber roof on Dryvit

Anyone ever delt with the black lines on a dryvit that stem from the rubber roof above it. The first 2 show the same building the dryvit is on as well as the last photo.

The 3rd picture is where a waterfall used to be and looks to be either lime deposits or efflorescence.

The 4rd - 5th photos are on another building that show what seems to be lime deposits or efflorescence? this is about 45 ft up and I did not have access to a lift or ladder that tall when looking over these areas. I will get back out there tomorrow and look everything over once more before quoting it.

Any advice before turning in the quote?

The black lines from a rubber roof, that is a good question. If there is some silicone there maybe to help seal the roof, that could be silicone residue, you see that sometimes on buildings running down under the windows, hard to tell if it is the silicone or aluminum stain.

I would email the pics to Lynn or Mike at EacoChem and get their opinion of what it is and how to clean it. They are very smart.
