Why the lift?You couldn't use an xjet?I cleaned 3 furniture store like that and that's what I used.

i didnt need the lift to do the sides, but i had to clean out the gutters they were full of bird nest, plus it was nice to help get the mildew off the outside the gutters and top of the building on the real bad side! plus it was free but yea i really didnt need it for the sides

well i was hauling lots of water but now i am debating on whether or not to get one 525 gallon tank for water and a 100 gallon chem tank for roofs and ds but idk

the gutters were a pain but metal is great. i had three large metal buildings that week including the one next door and now this week all i have been doing is brick homes. i miss the metal

i used emulsifier plus and 12% and x-jeted it on
