Chris, here's a bid I did today. I thought you'd be interested in seeing a variety of units on a lot of rooftops. This is about 1/5th of the whole bid.

Was the copper missing from the roof stolen or changed out to pvc???

Is that something that you thought of doing, fixing the drain lines when needed? Could be another service but probably not as profitable.

Keep cool and hydrated out there during the day.
 
Question: Why would a building that seems fairly new have so many different types of units? I can understand different sizes...but some seem to be about the same size but are totally different from the one next to it.

Because they leave blanks in the roof until the unit is ready to be leased, that way they don't have to worry about theft.

During the time period, sometimes as long as 2-5 years while they sit vacant, they change HVAC companies and each company has their own brand of units they install.

You have to have a license for that and it is not fun like what i do! :)
