My new trailer build

That is very nice, I also like the gray color.

Should be able to seriously knock out some flatwork with those machines.

How much is that trailer rated for in pounds?

7000 lbs. Electric brakes on all 4 hubs. I don't haul water from job to job. I'll take the rig over a scale one of these days, but with my tool box full, chemical tank full, fuel, etc, I should be about 5500 lbs.

That is good that you have brakes on all 4 hubs, I only have brakes on 2 hubs but will be adding the other 2 next month.

I figure having all 4 hubs with brakes, they should last longer than what I get with just 2 hubs so instead of wearing out in 1 year, I think I should get 2.5 or 3 years by having all 4 hubs with brakes.

What brand of hose reels are those? I could not see them too good.

Whoever built that rig sure did a great job! Post more pics.

Yup. AAA. Phil beat my best price by over $3000.00.

Will pick it up in the morning. All that needs to be done is wire the Hannay reels, wind-up 300' on each reel, mount the custom lockable mounts for the 2 Hydro Twisters.

Oh yeah, and I noticed the supply hose reels looked a little short. Adding another 120' to each reel for a total of 240' per reel.

Tell Phil my address for the check, I reffered you.

2 Cox supply hose reels, and 2 Hannay electric pressure hose reels..

4 brakes are always better than 2 on tandem axle trailers. The additional cost for the 2 extra brakes is minimal.

Arizona Trailers. Deck is 84" wide, 16' long, tandem electric brakes, Bullgog hitch, water cooler mount. Very well built (in Buckeye, AZ USA !!!), all for less than $2000.00. See Ed at AZ Trailer http://www.phxtrailer.com/.

Phil said he'll send you a hose, or was it a nipple ??? Better call his and extort from him whatever you can.

LOL !!!!!!!! :D

Looks great Jim. Have fun with that monstrer.

Very nice Jim, similar flow setup to my rig, you would love the speed that 8gpm offers. I already want more flow.

What are you pulling that bad boy with?
What trailer tires are on the trailer, just thinking of changing mine to radials 3500 lbs rated, the made in china ones that came with mine I am not impressed.

New Pictures posted of the completed rig.

Have a weekend long job starting in a couple hours, doing 12 hours tonight and possible tomorrow. Will log back in when I am wake up Sunday.

What do you think about those spinner mounts ?

Those are very nice holders for the surface cleaners. Very cool!

Very nice rig Jim, I like those twister mounts, Real Nice!!! By the way, nice avatar picture, I like your Road Glide.

have you ever used the hydro twisters before? if so, how do you like them? very nice rig!;)

I like the Hydro Twisters. The ability to moved side to side and back and forth rocks. Still need to figure out how to lock the handles in a position that is comfortable for the operator. Holding that handle up and all the extra muscles I used last night really has my old back hurting today.

Feet sure get wet with the Hydro Twisters. Got duck feet, even with my shorty Muck boots. I need to fab a solution to keep the soaking down to a minimum.

Bigtime production last night, approximately 75,000 sq ft in 10 hours, and 1 machine was down for almost an hour (ball valve and coupler repair).

It looks even better in the sun, "bling". Those 28's" look big, running 2 bar?

Yes, 2 bar. 2) 4.5 tips. We're walking almost twice as fast as with my Steel Eagle hooked up to my 3500 PSI 5.5 GPM machine. And the water broom rocks, rinsing has never been so easy (without using a 1 1/2" fire hose.)
