How about having something for the dyi owner. Like a bit of
pump rebuild, some maintenance stuff that we could do.
Heater stuff, engine builds
 
Seo work......maybe some detailed powerpoints and handouts on where to place stuff, What to say, and what ever else that would make our sites rank high....

i think the pm speach at florida was excellent and anyone who hasnt heard it yet would benefit from it, maybe get a new one, someone from the local area would help out for us locals.
 
I think that listening to a PM is a great benefit to almost any company that wants to grow or is looking into doing work for a PM.

If he is cancelled then maybe someone that knows the SEO like what was suggested, that is a great idea!
 
The hands-on pump rebuilding is also a great idea or some kind of pressure washer troubleshooting class, that would be great!

A local PM would be great,every place has specific problems they deal with that others don't. Seo stuff would be good for guys who rely on their website for business. A how and when to hire sales staff would be a great presentation maybe a training course for how to train new employees. A chemical presentation on terms and how and when to use. new product demonstrations would be great too, I would love to see a swabby in action or something similar. a how to on bid preparation and wording would be beneficial to everyone,I know that's a weak point for me.

Ron, what about bringing one or two of your salespeople and have them each talk for 45 minutes to an hour on selling and how they overcome obstacles and their techniques?

It would be great to see and hear some of your great salespeople and how they get the signatures on the dotted lines.
